This is actually the classy White abalone with the deepest and most uniform waves and flames. I work and stain the abalone a a´dark blue from BEHIND and voila - get a fantastic shimmering blue. This color works great with black, blue, light blue or white guitars.

Extremely rare white abalone pieces died by me according to my own method with a classy dark blue. It gives you extremely deep ripples and flames in a very classy toned down blue color that fits to almost any strat color. Looks very good on white, cream, black, blue, tobacco burst and red strats. Adds fine contrast but with an artistic effect and not that “cheap” plastic look that you get on standard white or black pickguards.
Every pickguard is unique and will very from this picture. Since this material is extremely rare, it may take a few weeks for me to get a hold of some. The wait is really worth
your while though and you will not be disappointed!

Specs. – Standard vintage strat specs, shape and size.
All screw holes vintage standard strat OR send me your pickguard or a printout thereof and I will fit the screw holes accordingly for no additional costs.
- Either standard 3 single coil pickups cut-outs OR any other pickup configuration according to customer wishes(humbucker or mini-humbucker etc.) at no extra cost. Just allow a bit more time for me to do the custom work.
- For 3 single coil pickup covers in matching dark blue ripple abalone please add €40,00. Pickup holes are standard size and spacing. I cut them out somewhat larger so that all magnets fit easily.
- Add €15,00 for three matching tone and volume knobs in white or black plastic with matching abalone tops.

All pickguards are made by me personally and all by hand! Laminated in three to four very thin layers and then lacquered and polished. Don´t expect perfectly machined pickguards because I am not a machine and I drill, grind and cut by hand! Because of this very brittle and fragile material, it is not possible to mass produce these pickguards. You are getting a fine hand-crafted piece that you will grow to love with time and it will last the life of your guitar.
